Complete Renovation List:
1) House sits on an elevation of approximately 18+ feet above mean high tide; on concrete block pilings; with a total of .46 acres spanning 100' wide ocean front lot.
2) Gutted the entire house down to the studs and added approximately 780 square feet under air conditioning, creating a gym, laundry room and expanded guest suite on the ground floor.
3) Total air-conditioned square footage reached 4,004 via 3 separate zoned water cooled AC systems to prevent rusting against elements.
4) Custom Hardwood floors in all areas except bathrooms, gym and washroom where tile was installed.
5) Added tile floors in the gym, laundry room and side decks.
6) Kitchen was designed with Sub Zero refrigeration (high capacity ice maker) and wine cooler, while the range hood, coffee system and microwave all from Wolf and dishwasher from Asko. All custom cabinetry in kitchen.
7) Anchored by a 50 sf center island with granite countertop; a sinewed wall behind the Wolf range.
8) Centerpiece of the living room is gas fireplace inset into a 9.5 ft wide by 20 ft tall wall covered in coral stone.
