2018 REMODEL - COASTAL OAKS CONSTRUCTION
Open living room area was converted into upstairs library/media room. New Marvin sliding doors were added upstairs and a Marvin Bi-fold door was added downstairs. Outdoor Lania area was expanded and squared off and a new waterproofing system was installed to the exterior. 2nd floor exterior was finished with Azek handrail system, Trex flooring and new larger gutters and down spouts were added to pool enclosure. Summer kitchen was expanded and finished with quartz countertops and additional built-in stainless-steel storage was added. Installed new outdoor LED can lights, surround sound speakers, electrical outlets and tv mounts. Flooring was finished with reclaimed Old Ohio brick.
All can lights throughout the house were replaced with LED lights. All new surround sound systems were installed upstairs and downstairs. Installed new cork flooring to garage landing area, stairway, suite above garage and workout room. Reconfigured HVAC area in workout room and replaced Unit A & Unit B with larger more energy efficient units.
Installed custom double front door and hardware, custom barndoors, built-in bookshelves as well as replaced master bathroom fixtures.
