Dana Everett

Dana Everett serves as the Office Administrator at Kellar Realty & Property Management, bringing a wealth of experience in administration, technology, and operations to the team. A proud U.S. Army veteran, Dana retired from the military in 2018 after an extensive career that took her all over. During her 17 years of service as an Information Systems Technician for a Combat Support Hospital, she developed a strong foundation in computer systems, problem-solving, and organizational efficiency. Following her military retirement, Dana continued her dedication to service as a Department of the Army Civilian for 10 years, where she excelled in multiple roles including Staff Operations and Training Specialist, Human Resources Specialist, and Staff Administrative Assistant. Originally born in Chicago, Dana has called Orange Park home since the age of seven. A graduate of Orange Park High School, she has deep roots in the community and a genuine passion for helping others. Outside of work, Dana enjoys home improvement projects, welding, and tackling just about any repair or build — she’s a certified welder who truly loves working with her hands. She’s also an avid fitness enthusiast who enjoys hiking and spending time outdoors. Most importantly, she’s a proud mom of three grown children and a grandmother to three adorable grandbabies.
