Carmel Knight has been in the professional real estate/property management industry for 20 + years. After graduating with a master’s degree of Social Work and working as a case manager in, yes, public and senior housing...Carmel began managing master planned communities (CDD). Social work and Real Estate/Property Management seemed to blend and be natural for Carmel. She evolved into community & portfolio management (HOA), apartment management and then decided to further expand her reach and abilities into real estate as a licensed buyer’s and/or seller’s agent. Carmel has assisted her clients in North Carolina, Georgia and is excited to be back home in Central Florida!
