Selling your Home?
Selling a home requires much preparation and patience. It can be a very stressful process if you are not familiar with the process. From start to finish, our associates can walk you through each step while education our sellers. Our REALTORs have the expertise you need for marketing your home, and the negotiation process, along with the proper documents to use. We also have the understanding of Technology and how it can enhance the marketing and advertising of your home. Our Realtor’s have a clear understanding of the market and how it changes, along with knowing finance options, along with contacts that can help you attain your goal.
There are a lot of variables when it comes to pricing your home, to attain the highest value in the least amount of time. Our REALTORS see the homes that sell, and understand the variables such as comparable sales, condition of property, upgrades, and the current market. Our REALTOR’s can provide you with a Comparable Market Analysis which can help determine what your home is worth, and why? First impressions are very big when trying to sell your home. Before you put your home on the market, make sure it is ready. Ask yourself, is it in top shape for showings? Make sure it is clean. Make sure it is well lit. Pack up anything that makes it look cluttered (you will be packing this anyway), and store it. Put some fresh flowers, and open up all the curtains to let the light in on showing days.
Contact one of our Realtor’s and we can help your prepare! With today’s Technology, it is not uncommon that the person you list your home to, is not the person that actually sells it. A vast majority of homebuyers use the internet or other REALTORS that are connected to MLS, so they have their own representation. We can layout a marketing plan to include internet advertising, local marketing, along with other marketing ideas to sell your home for the highest value.
Showings are not convenient for anyone, but they are a must in order to sell your home. While on the market, it can be shown daily, or even several times a day. It is important to keep the home clean and free of dishes in sinks, or dirty laundry, or bed covers on the floor. Your value is important. It is also a good idea NOT to be home during a showing. Buyers get a little uncomfortable while walking around a home that the sellers are at. You want people to have a sense of comfort while viewing your home, so give them some space and take a ride or walk.
Our REALTORS will help you through the process once you get an offer to Purchase, how to negotiate, what inspections are needed, if any, along with helping you understand the settlement documents, and closing statement.
